There is no need to ship this in the release, people should be able to implement it easily in their own snippets.
Single letter like J/K is not good for navigation in Omnibar, since input is always focused. Please see https://brookhong.github.io/2021/04/18/brook-build-of-chromium.html for `Ctrl-n` and `Ctrl-p`.
`Ctrl-h` does not work in some(most) cases apparently, I'll remove it and only support it in my chromium build with a experimental API `chrome.surfingkeys.sendMouseEvent`.
