The first parameter `alias` of the API must be english chars, https://github.com/brookhong/Surfingkeys/blob/master/docs/API.md#addsearchalias, and it is recommended to use single char, as some other shortcuts will be generated by the API...
If you don't need to use neovim in browser like this, the error is just harmless. If you need the feature, please setup by following [the guide](https://github.com/brookhong/Surfingkeys/blob/master/src/nvim/server/Readme.md).

Yes, it works with one more d2o/d3o. But it should not work like that, I assume it should pick ours/theirs and remove all those extra lines.
Revert to `Ctrl-f` in Windows, for other OS, `Ctrl-a` is used to move cursor to the beginning of a line.

Cannot reproduce.
Just tested the change. It works on Safari/MacOS, but does not on Safari/iPhone. On iPhone we got a black page.
Does the solution still work for your Firefox? I removed it as I verified that it is not working for latest Firefox.
