thanks this fixed my same issue for the regular switches but only partially so for the dimmers (zooz and GE). i get two devices for the dimmers a controllable switch...

The exact same config, permissions and all had been running fine on 0.12 for months. only thing I did is pull a new docker image.

permissions on the directories  permissions on the files in the config directory 

issue looks to be related to the config folders. my config folder is on a network share and i used to bind the full folder instead of just the config...
