vim support

Has anyone worked on vim support for serbea? It definitely looks nicer than erb, but vim knowing how to highlight and indent erb files is a lot to give up!

It's unclear to me whether Serbea is a replacement for ERB or Liquid. It seems to be billed as both, but—unless I'm very mistaken—both fill very different needs, with ERB...

Currently you can use `{%- -%}` and `{%= -%}` but you can't use `{{- -}}` when suppressing newlines.
