An isospace plot would help - somewhat dangerous to recommend model structure without looking at the data. Sex as fixed effect + Individual as random effect seem like good choices....

Hi Virginia, A couple thoughts: 1. Process only error structure for single datapoints is not multivariate and does not account for correlation in the consumer isotope values. Looks like this...

Hello, I wouldn't worry about that warning. Re: NA se_dLOOic calculations, sorry but without looking at your model output I can't tell. Line 134 of `compare_models` calculates the se_dLOOic for...

Sorry for the slow response... The only way that MixSIAR can correct for systematic differences between tracer values in consumer vs. source tissue is the TDF (trophic discrimination factor), which...

MixSIAR can't handle missing tracer values. You could still use Source A in the MixSIAR model if you only use the two other tracers.

Hi - I have no idea what your question is... but it looks like your model isn't set up correctly.

Sorry, no I haven't done any development with MixSIAR since adding some features in the push for the PeerJ paper (LOO/WAIC, `compare_models`, `combine_sources`). It would be great if you want...

Hi Belinda, MixSIAR wants to know something about the variability of the source data, since this influences the mixing process. You'll have to treat your source data as "means +...

Hello, If your models take longer than ~1 hour to run, I'd be saving the `jags.mod` objects individually within the loop as `.rds` files so you don't lose anything. I...

Please post/email your code and saved model objects, otherwise it's hard to help.
