Same issue on macOS intel

So I think it may have been related to a networking interruption when installing dependencies. I ran `yarn global remove create-eth-app` and then `yarn create eth-app` succeeded.

I wouldn't mind it, if it wasn't white while all the other icons were black  My take is that contractually KB may be in maintenance mode after the acquisition,...

Can we keep them from behaving badly? It locks up the screen in IE9, and IE 8 & 9 still have a substantial market share. 

What's the best way to disable or turn it off if(ie)?

Wouldn't mind if it just turned off, though obviously it would be nice if there were partial functionality
