In order to do this yajl-ruby would need to make sure the `bigdecimal` library has been loaded from stdlib. Unsure if there are any undesired consequences from that... I guess...

Ah ok no worries :) Based on what I could see, it would require a bit of refactoring to be stream based. But not impossible by any means.
