We currently have to wait for the Amazon Media Player to update to the latest version of ExoPlayer. Once this happens we can release an update.

Defining category order via json is not supported yet. Changing the card dimensions may be done so in the onCreateViewHolder method of the CardPresenter class.

Please look at the PlaybackActivity class's onPlayerStateChange method. There's also an AnalyticsHelper class that listens for playback state change.
