Date Dialog and Picker row values not being updated

As the title says, the Date Dialog and Picker Row values do not update after the value is changed. When i use the sample fragment included, it works fine...but when...

When the settings view is loaded without network, the app crashes once network is regained and a user tries to set a setting.

Will have to fix a couple calls when loss/gain of network occurs with settings. Will be fixed in 1.3.1

- Instead of having a large list of lifts, consolidate and group by "Date", so you can click on a table row that says "Workout from 3/3/2016" or something, then...
