How sex is inferred

Hello!

I want to use somalier for relatedness and also sex determination. I am wondering how the sex is inferred. I would be glad if you can share with me how it is computed and/or which are the variables and thresholds used to do so.

See my response in #125 . If you have other questions let me know. The HTML output is supposed to help you find the male or female samples visually, the inference code should work for high-quality, well-behaved samples, but it's a simple test.
