Is this problem caused by the sample name containing Chinese ?（my sample name is 穿心莲_FDSW202345319-1r)

yes, the naming is almost certainly the problem. Unfortunately, you'll have to stick to simple ascii.

thanks for your reply, I had solved the problem , good luck. i hava an another question about the five file *.disc.bam, *.disc.bam.orig.bam, *.histo, *.split.bam, *.split.bam.orig.bam. the first question is: what difference between disc.bam and disc.bam? *.split.bam and *.split.bam.orig.bam ? the second question is: how do you select discordant reads ？ （have unexpected span size/inconsistent orientation of read pairs(FF, RR RF))
