ped file "missing phenotype"

Hi

We are successfully using Peddy. However, when using -9 or 0 in the phenotype column in the ped file, we always get "affected" instead of "missing" in the table within the html file after running Peddy. When using 1 and 2, we correctly see "not affected" and "affected" in the table. Are we doing something wrong?

I have seen this too and haven't found where to fix in the code. I'll make another pass and see if I can resolve. Thanks for reporting.
