@priorphil, after this PR is merged, I think the only thing we need to do to cut over to the gated repo is to adjust the constants [here](https://github.com/PriorLabs/TabPFN/blob/b6f6fa971e139f675550a069324c5b53830050e4/src/tabpfn/model_loading.py#L110) and [here](https://github.com/PriorLabs/TabPFN/blob/b6f6fa971e139f675550a069324c5b53830050e4/src/tabpfn/model_loading.py#L122)
