Implemented a [fix for Infections chart](https://github.com/sledilnik/website/commit/7373b38635a96b724bc712e74290c7e131b8c234), leaving someone else (cc: @lukarenko ) to do it for MetricsComparisonChart and SpreadChart.

I think it somehow has to do with the fact that 7-day average calculates up to -3 days (3.11.) from today (6.11.), but the date range is not updated for...

@stefanb any particular reason the names of JSON properties are in Slovene? I'm asking because the current system in Fable directly projects these into F# property names.
