had to force this too with persona and twitter. The use callback_path in the provider method call with setup doesn't seems to work

This might be caused by Sequel's [`use_cursor`](https://www.rubydoc.info/github/jeremyevans/sequel/Sequel%2FPostgres%2FDataset%3Ause_cursor) method that keep preloading next batches of records, although with MRI it doesn't seem to be a problem
