Agree with @sparkcom . This module was much more flexible than the (supported by SilverStripe) Elemental module. :(
I vote for seperate flags for Bonaire and Sint Eustatius as well :) I understand the dilemmas you explained and they have as far as I know no official soccer...
Ah I see, I thought Silverstripe 4.6 was the cause, but than in the other websites the userforms version is also different I guess. In this website with the issue...
