Is there anyway to disable or bypass authentication?

How would I go about customizing the interface? For instance change the top left "Cesi version_here" on the dashboard.

Added docker support via Dockerfile. Creates single Cesi container. Dockerfile can be used as example or to build local container for testing.

I am having trouble adding a dash to category and page titles. Is there an escape character that I need to use or is this a small bug?
