[This solution](https://github.com/postmanlabs/postman-app-support/issues/8656#issuecomment-691616629) worked for me on windows. In my case, setting the `NODE_OPTIONS` environment variable to `--max-http-header-size=65536` (64kb, default is 8kb) I had to set it as a System Variable...
