[BUG] both Zebrafish atlas additional references are the same as reference

Describe the bug both mpin_zfish_1um atlas additional references are the same as reference

To Reproduce Subtract any of the images from each other and check the histogram of the result (e.g. with read_tiff and numpy, or with ImageJ, or)

Expected behaviour Additional references should be different (or not there at all).
