We think we're already using the latest version but we should double-check (as I've been on holiday since I last looked) and document this well for Waxholm and any other atlases with semver.

@alessandrofelder brainglobe already uses the v4, but not the v4.01, which they mention on the linked paper of your first comment "An updated version 4.01 with 224 annotations incorporates minor adjustments made in response to reviewer comments."

I've uploaded the newest version of this to GIN, so 4.01 is now available via the atlas API :tada: thanks to @PolarBean !!!
