Credit atlas packagers

Currently, those who generated the original atlas files are credited, but not those who bring it into BG. These should be credited in the metadata and readme.

Ideally, we should also generate an atlas.citation string that includes all the necessary information.

I like a lot the atlas.citation method idea, that should be easy to cook up! I can take care of it next week, coordinating this with https://github.com/brainglobe/bg-atlasgen/pull/9#issuecomment-894361929

Perhaps we could also print out all the citation info the first time the atlas is used (e.g. when it's downloaded), so that users have seen it at least once?

Added the atlas packager in https://github.com/brainglobe/bg-atlasgen/commit/547b3e6fad75374ef20c27042f98d214e8429170. Leaving this open to track the idea of including full citation info.
