@TomA-R #22 will update SSL to 3.1, which is moving through our PR process now, which should close this as well.

While we don't have a precise timeline right now, we should be able to review/approve and deploy updates before the end of September.

I'll be reviewing this today/Tuesday, and I should have an update next week for when we can merge it.
