Your OpenWRT version tags do not match up. In general "main" routing table will be automatically selected but might be overriden by multi-wan, pbr and the likes.

First specify routing table for routes as auto-selection did not work. Likely pbr has better place for them.

Move out /etc/config/wireless and run `wifi config` -> this comes as detected by default on clean install, maybe DTS device locations changed in the meantime.

Ive got one that needed adjustment for DTS path changes, with same symptoms, not that it is universal, but at least worth trying.

Looks like `owut check -V 24.10-SNAPSHOT`has the fix.

Would be interesting to see how respective gemv equivalents perform in particular case.

Gemm with one dimension eq 1 can be cadt down to gemv. Question is whether those libraries use that trick.

m=1 is anomalous as it is equivalent of gemv (1st "matrix" is actually a vector)
