The enum `DeployType.REPLACE` is the only type that is used in the non-test code. The consensus (https://github.com/ibi-group/datatools-server/pull/361/files/67cdad4d0d6d3a967b4e80ba9974a1741a91e190#r565675405) is to remove all usused types.
