Proposal: Also include included param files

I was thinking it would be useful to also track where certain launchfiles are being included in the call tree (particularly for stacks with convoluted call structures with many parameter files all over the place like MoveIt stacks.) But I'm not sure how to go about doing it yet, so I'll just leave this issue here.
