The following `srdb-data.csv` record numbers are 'low land': on a half-degree grid, the land fraction is less than 5%. We should double-check these at some point. 426 427 428 803...

These data have 8 rows, but most are identical to other rows. What's going on?
Publication reports 8-year means. I have emailed author asking for annual data if possible; currently holding eight rows in the #31 PR.
If `Manipulation`=="Clearcut", then `Age_disturbance` should be < 10.
As noted in https://github.com/forc-db/ForC_private/issues/13 there are cases where different years (for the same site, treatment, etc.) have the same `Age_disturbance`. I _think_ this is where the authors were ambiguous about...
The QC script `R/srdb.R` could check that * `Age_disturbance`
