Currently this is done in phoebe2, but since it is possible in phoebe legacy the wrapper should use legacy values instead.

phoebe1 only calculates a quarter of the star and therefore the values must be reflected over the appropriate axes. This is implemented incorrectly at present.

export decoupled luminosities in legacy wrapper

In phoebe1 only unconstrained systems have decoupled luminosities. The model parameter is no currently set by the wrapper.
