I'm with @Antonboom on this one. It's a simpler, more commonly used pattern that achieves the same legibility (maybe even better), IMO.
Have you had a look at `PanicsWithValue`? It seems like it would be able to solve your problem efficiently.
@brackendawson , that's one approach but I think it might be a bit much for this specific problem? Would it make sense if we just created a `PanicsWithValueRegexp()`?
I'm not sure. When I start with this task I'll figure it out. Traffic sniffing is the approach I prefer to take.
I'll have a look soon and see what I can gleam. Will give you a pointer in the direction.
