Do you have any thoughts on what should be the default behavior (i.e. to push or not)? Having owned and used this code, you probably have more context than me...
👍 I'll go with `--no-push` if I get around to tackling this
Yeah, all of those behaviors with regards to notifications have been working fine for me 🙂
Great, thanks for your work and help! 😀
@DomT4 ok... so after the most recent fix for this issue, I don't get any notification at all 😞 I've confirmed that: - I'm running the latest release - Tried...
@DomT4 I'm pretty sure I'm still having the issue. I haven't seen a notification from the app in weeks. And there are still times where an app prompts me to...
FWIW, just did `brew upgrade spotify` -- did not require sudo, and I was 4 releases behind the latest release.
Does this change just affect notifications? Or does it try to address some apps not updating at all? (like what happened for Spotify for me above)
Not sure if there were other updates pending, just tested Spotify as an example. I have a pending `flux` update right now, if you'd like me to do anything specific...
FYI, running `brew autoupdate —start —upgrade —debug` seemed to work for me (`flux` was autoupdated). Going to run it with `—enable-notification` and see if it still works
