[bitnami/mongodb]:`arbiter` and `secondary` can not connect to `primary` if `auth.enabled: false` in `replicaset` mode. Tag >= `4.4.13-debian-10-r50`

I can confirm this issue. I have the same problem when creating a new replica set. And the workaround with using `4.4.13-debian-10-r48` is also working
