Displays movie and tv show certification ratings on the video's poster/season/episode images. Finally finished the code I made reference to here: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=338576

Only monitor running containers.

This change means that containers that are not running (stopping, starting, created, exited, dead and paused) will be filtered out. It prevents paused containers from being automatically restarted.
