Seems you have a solution in the [`$hasZeroIndex`](https://github.com/FriendsOfDoctrine/dbal-clickhouse/blob/404b1b056479dce4c1fd1828c4bdf294530447e1/src/ClickHouseStatement.php#L282) part, sorry, I use an older version and can not test code to change all to use one method to both ways.
