I think this is the same problem I ran into with gdash. A fix is here: https://github.com/ripienaar/gdash/pull/79

I was mistaken - the crash has already been fixed by a recent [change](https://github.com/ripienaar/gdash/commit/c424a587027f000910a8262ae46dfc05557ec79d) in gdash.
