Gtest requires C++14, but Rapidjson uses C++11: this breaks building tests

For building the tests successfully with Gtest >= 1.13.0 it is sufficient to set `-DRAPIDJSON_BUILD_CXX11=OFF` and specify `CXXFLAGS=-std=c++14`. Could `-DRAPIDJSON_BUILD_CXX11=OFF` be made the default?
