Hey @allan2. I still have exalty the same issue. I cannot install 1.5.3

I can confirm that issue: * Ubuntu 18.04 * KeePass version: 2.41 * HIBPOfflineCheck version: 1.5.1 / 1.6.0 

I installed `mono-complete` and it starts now.

My workaround: I copied the `docker-site.conf` from the container and I commented the following: ``` # # # # Order Allow,Deny # Deny From All # # # ```

Das Display hat so schon recht wenig Platz. Ich habe gerade keine Idee, wo man das noch unterbringen soll.

Ist definitv ein "enhancement", welches einiges an Arbeit benötigt.
