@barmac , I'll check with Balazs today on what the best approach would by. I would start by endpoint configuration, then this c8run integration, but that's my 2 cents

The unversioned`c8run.md` does not contain any information about usage (due to Operate not working with H2). So it's intentional not to have it in the PR right now.
