SLACK_USERNAME doesn't overwrite bot name

Hello. So I used `SLACK_USERNAME` with *GitHub Bot* value (` SLACK_USERNAME: "GitHub Bot"`) but got the Bot name instead:  Shouldn't it overwrite the bot name?
