I might have the same problem. I'm migrating a Zigbee Zen Thermostat 01 from smartthing to Home assistant. Zigbee is not finding my device. [zha-log.txt](https://github.com/home-assistant/core/files/9872145/zha-log.txt)

The Thermostat is about 5 ft away from the stick. Stick bards says Nortek, it does zwave and zigbee. I have several using each protocol running fine.
