Another undocumented parameter I just ran across -- [allowed_metadata_extensions](https://github.com/hashicorp/vault/blob/main/builtin/credential/cert/path_certs.go#L117) The corresponding config option is also undocumented -- [enabled_identity_alias_metadata](https://github.com/hashicorp/vault/blob/main/builtin/credential/cert/path_config.go#L20)
