Do you see an error in awesome's log/output?

Which awesomeWM version are you using? If it's v4.0, please try with Git master - there might be fixes in Awesome itself regarding this.

@gunar btw: there are https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/awesome-luajit-git/ and https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/awesome-git/

Try Ctrl-d. I am seeing this with pyrepl being installed (via pdb++), which ships `pythoni`, which gets picked up / tried by pythonfinder, but acts as an interactive shell always...

You might need it several times: press it and wait a few seconds, before pressing it again (to not accidentally close the terminal).

Not verified if this fixes it really, but it is likely.

@mkfifo If I remeber this was with awesomeWM/awesome, but it also ~1 year old. IIRC it is like documented: 0 means not covered and None means not relevant for coverage....

Seeing this also (https://travis-ci.org/awesomeWM/awesome/jobs/255010729): `luacov` reports: ``` CMakeCCompilerId.gcda:cannot open data file, assuming not executed File 'CMakeCCompilerId.c' Lines executed:0.00% of 8 Creating 'CMakeCCompilerId.c.gcov' ``` Then cpp-coveralls crashed on it: ``` Traceback...

Appears to only be done for win32 there though? (assuming you mean https://github.com/neovim/neovim/pull/9094/files#diff-9fe05c714b192fe85bb903baf3355196R54)
