I have fixed the serious bug, I executed command **dotnet pack -c Release** for building package since v3.0beta, but It dose not work as I expected. I do not know...

Sorry, BirdMessenger does not support downloading files, Because Tus Protocol does not contain it. But I will consider adding this feature in the future
