Looks like the key file is missing in the location the jenkins job thinks it is in. Make sure that file exists.

I can confirm that [jln-ho's commit](https://github.com/jln-ho/config/commit/9e8047ec10559c1a41ee503b8bb5bd31e42af59c) fixes this for us, with no noticeable different in functionality as far as I can tell.
