Cannot use CollisionConverter on .havok collision files on World of Tanks models

I tried to convert/decompile World of Tanks 3D armor collision models (`.havok` extension) using `CollisionConverter.exe`, but it does nothing and exits, I guess those types of havok binaries are not...
