@adbario why do you want to downgrade ? you can downgrade with install script: For example: ```bash sh -ci "$(curl -fsSL https://storage.googleapis.com/flow-cli/install.sh)" -- v0.33.3 ```

@10thfloor you can even have with full change (revision) history in emulator.

btw most KMS's have a CLI to sign stuff, maybe adding one external signer type can be also useful. Something like: ( command is totally randomly generated by me )...
