It is not loading into rust

because rust is protected by EAC, which is a kernel anti-cheat. You cannot inject dlls into rust without a kernel mode injector that's undetected since EAC blocks all open handles.

it happens if you dont have msvc runtime stuff installed and when the hack is compiled in debug it requires those dlls
