Just had another client on Cloudways with this issue. It's been happening less often, but clearly it's still a problem. 😢

Yep, just happened again with a different site. Client updated, and boom, the .htaccess file lost everything except the (new) WP Rocket code.

...and it's still happening. Another client on Cloudways updated from v3.3.3 to v3.3.3.1 ... same exact problem. @webtrainingwheels any other ideas?
