'secretd export' prints info logs to STDOUT not STDERR when initializing the enclave.

Because the JSON is also sent to STDOUT it results in invalid formatting when using a shell redirect. Reported error is: http: Accept error: accept tcp [::]:8888: accept4: too many open files; retrying in 1s This is likely caused by an http get response body not being closed....

Not only wrong, but is now moving backwards. Needs to inspect alarmCache instead of using a counter.
