Fixed tags with hypens not being detected

I’m not sure what’s the intention of this MR but if it’s about Django tags (not HTML) it doesn’t fix it. Maybe in https://github.com/vscode-django/vscode-django/blob/main/syntaxes/repositories/django-stuff.toml#L53 ?
