bug: file upload keeps uploading after canceled is called

I tried calling uploader.cancelFileItem and cancelAll() the onCancel event is triggered but the upload is still running.

just a fex fixes to the scripts in package.json also - code and imports optimizations, and a few AOT fixes for private fields.
