This is happening to me quite a bit too, on fedora 31. When it does happen, which isn't always, it happens immediately after copying an image area using the screenshot...

I often do something similar with passwords and then go to the prompt to "name" it. It would be nice if the extension could edit the password entry to replace...

Great. I added support for 3.36 for an ubuntu 20.04 LTS user, but I doubt I'd be able t easily backup to anything prior to that. but I never did...
